Volume & space
The amount of junk and how much space it takes up in our truck or trailer is the biggest factor in most jobs.
Accessibility
We consider how easily the items can be reached, removed, carried and loaded. Items that are upstairs, far from the truck, in tight spaces or require disassembly may require additional labor.
Crew & labor
Some jobs can be handled quickly by a small crew, while larger or more difficult jobs require additional crew members to complete safely and efficiently. We factor the labor needed to get the job done properly and within a reasonable timeframe.
Disposal & dump fees
Most everyday household and commercial junk can be disposed of through our normal disposal channels. Certain specialty items or materials may have additional disposal costs because they require specialized facilities or are more expensive to dispose of.
Distance & logistics
For jobs that require significant travel or have limited nearby disposal options, the additional driving time and transportation involved may be reflected in the price.

Just ask first
Certain items — including tires, appliances, electronics, batteries, fluorescent bulbs and other specialty materials — may require special handling and disposal. Please tell us about these items when requesting a quote so we can determine whether we can legally and safely remove them.
